75 employees won Disney trips and bonuses after RD Saúde opened 330 pharmacies in 2025, its strongest expansion year ever.
RD Saúde, Brazil’s largest pharmacy retail group behind the Raia and Drogasil chains, held its annual recognition event “Notáveis 2026” on Saturday (March 7) at the Anhembi Convention Center in São Paulo. Around 8,000 employees attended in person, while teams across the country followed via live stream.
A Record-Breaking Year
CEO Renato Raduan opened the event by highlighting what made 2025 the company’s most significant year yet: 330 new store openings, bringing the group to 3,547 pharmacies across 663 Brazilian cities. He credited the company’s 70,000 employees as the driving force behind that growth.
“When we look at what we’ve accomplished, given the size of RD Saúde today, it’s clear it’s only possible because of our people. They are the ones who turn our strategy into real care for millions of customers. Recognizing this work is a way of strengthening the century-old culture that sustains the company, day after day.” — Renato Raduan, CEO of RD Saúde
75 Award Winners, Disney Included
This year’s edition recognized 75 professionals — up from 56 in the previous event. Honorees included 27 pharmacy managers, 9 regional managers, 27 pharmacists, 1 distribution center manager, 1 expansion manager, and 10 professionals from corporate and multichannel teams.
Every winner receives a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida, where they attend the “Magic Strategy Course,” plus an extra month’s salary as a bonus. Pharmacists are additionally invited to an International Pharmacy Congress.
Long Tenure, Key Partners, and Live Music
Beyond the performance awards, 63 employees were honored for their years of service. Under the “Notáveis Partners” program, 42 suppliers were recognized across 9 categories.
The event also featured 24 talks and an industry fair with over 110 suppliers, reinforcing the company’s ties to the broader pharmaceutical ecosystem. Singer Simone Mendes closed the night with a live performance.
