Brazilian pharmacy chain SempreFort opens its second Joinville location on April 8, offering cashback, gifts, and interest-free installments via Vuon Card.
Farmácia SempreFort, part of Grupo Pereira, reaches a significant milestone: on April 8, 2026, the chain opens its 30th store nationwide — and its second in Joinville, Santa Catarina. The new location sits at Rua XV de Novembro, 5008, Vila Nova neighborhood, attached to a Fort Atacadista wholesale store. It is also the 16th SempreFort unit in the state.
A full-service pharmacy in Joinville’s heart
The store spans 87 square meters of retail floor space and features two checkouts. Opening hours run Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The operation is expected to create eight direct jobs, three of which are reserved for licensed pharmacists.
The store carries medications, personal care products, fragrances, and dermo-cosmetics — all at accessible prices with flexible payment options.
Planned growth across Santa Catarina
Luísa Dias, National Drugstore Manager at Grupo Pereira, explains the rationale behind the expansion. “Joinville is the largest city in Santa Catarina and one of the main economic hubs in southern Brazil; therefore, expanding SempreFort’s presence there is a strategic move within our growth plan. The expansion allows us to keep pace with growing demand and bring the population a complete structure — with access to a wide range of products, from medications to personal hygiene, fragrances, and dermo-cosmetics, at affordable prices and flexible payment conditions that truly make a difference in families’ everyday lives,” she states.
Grupo Pereira plans to open at least four more units in Santa Catarina throughout 2026, positioning SempreFort as one of the fastest-growing pharmacy chains in southern Brazil.

The inauguration will feature brand partners offering special activations. Highlights include a lucky wheel with cashback prizes for Vuon Card holders, product sampling, giveaways, and “buy and earn” promotional campaigns.
