Sinal Construtora unveiled the Prestige Residences & Club, a high-end gated community designed to redefine living standards in Macaé.
The concept store’s grand opening on March 19 gathered business leaders, local authorities — including Mayor Welberth Rezende — and investors. The new development will be built on Avenida Ricardo Muylaert Salgado, in Imboassica, one of Macaé’s most valued areas.
The project offers 300 plots starting at 300 m², within a 200,000 m² master plan. The concept store is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Rua Winston Churchill, 120, across from Posto 1, Praia dos Cavaleiros.
“Macaé deserves a project of this quality. Prestige was designed to elevate the living experience in the city,” said Rafael Bousquet, CEO of Sinal Construtora.
Mayor Welberth Rezende praised the initiative as vital to the city’s growth: “Our city needs projects of this level. Having Sinal investing here is essential.”

The project combines strategic location, full infrastructure, and sophisticated architecture. It will feature two independent entrances, 24/7 security, and smart monitoring. The leisure area will include more than 15 carefully designed spaces for relaxation and social interaction.
According to Carol Vieira, marketing director at CIA, which leads the commercial strategy, Prestige embraces Macaé’s culture while offering modern design. “It’s a premium product aligned with the best structural and aesthetic standards,” she noted.
