Alphorria launches the second Empodera Alphorria collection, reinforcing social inclusion and women’s empowerment.
Launch brings together clients and project participants
The Minas Gerais fashion brand Alphorria welcomed clients and guests on Tuesday (11) to celebrate the second embroidered T-shirt collection from the social initiative Empodera Alphorria. Developed in collaboration with the Trajeto Moda program of the Minas Gerais Government, the project offers training in citizenship, entrepreneurship and sewing for women in vulnerable situations, expanding autonomy and income opportunities.
The launch took place at the brand’s concept store in the Cidade Jardim neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte, and featured a special activation with project participants embroidering live, connecting the audience with their stories and creative processes.
Guests and institutional message
The event was attended by Fernanda Thibau, Alphorria’s executive director, and Karla Thibau, the brand’s institutional director and spokesperson. Representatives from the Department of Development of the Municipality of Couto Magalhães also joined the event, including Amanda Carvalho, technical coordinator of Trajeto Moda.
“Empodera Alphorria was born from the desire to use fashion as a tool for positive impact. We believe that promoting autonomy is the most beautiful way to transform lives. More than a collection, this project represents stories of courage and renewal,” says Karla Thibau.
Collection and availability
The embroidered T-shirts from the new collection are now available at the physical store and on the brand’s website. The pieces highlight Alphorria’s mission to combine fashion, social impact and female empowerment.
