The Norte Shopping store will be the second in Rio de Janeiro and joins four other openings already announced for 2026 in Sorocaba, Porto Alegre, and RioSul Shopping.

The project also marks the second confirmed partnership with Allos, after the successful opening at Parque Dom Pedro in Campinas in October this year.

With this expansion, H&M reinforces its commitment to Brazilian consumers and advances its growth plan in the country.

“We end the year with great enthusiasm by confirming another store in Brazil for 2026, reaffirming our commitment to solid expansion. We are happy to further expand our presence in Rio de Janeiro, strengthening our mission to democratize fashion for everyone. Our goal is to deliver fashion and quality at the best price, sustainably, to even more people across the country.”

In 2025, H&M entered Brazil with four openings: Iguatemi São Paulo, Shopping Anália Franco, Parque Dom Pedro in Campinas, and most recently, Morumbi Shopping on November 19.

For 2026, in addition to the upcoming Norte Shopping unit, stores are confirmed at Iguatemi Esplanada (Sorocaba), RioSul Shopping (Rio de Janeiro), Iguatemi Porto Alegre, and Shopping Praia de Belas (Porto Alegre), marking H&M’s entry into southern Brazil.
