Marking 35 years, Água Doce Sabores do Brasil rolls out a refreshed menu. It celebrates Brazilian cuisine across over 80 restaurants nationwide. Authentic combos evoke fond memories and deepen brand bonds.
Chef Edu Guedes crafts the lineup, blending modern trends with timeless tastes. Dishes highlight bold textures and regional ingredients. This keeps the network’s core of care and generational flavor alive.
Brazilian flavor highlights
Key newcomers include three stars. Raízes do Brasil offers filet mignon medallions in cachaça sauce, creamy pumpkin rice and plantain. Tilápia with Chestnut Crust delivers fresh sophistication.
Chicken Coxinha with Cream Cheese extends a national hit. It becomes an optional item for operationally feasible units. These boost the chain’s regional repertoire.
Internal talents shine
The Mestre Cuca Contest spotlights staff creativity. Suíno Margherita from Araraquara (SP) and Costelinha Sertaneja from Maringá (PR) join the menu. They capture team passion and ingenuity.
