The new Alchymist Garden Rooftop combines a pasta-and-pizza experience with a 360° sunset view in the heart of Jericoacoara.
Jericoacoara now has a new meeting point for food lovers and sunset chasers. Located across from the main square, the Alchymist Garden Rooftop captures the charm of Italian villages, blending a pasta-and-pizza restaurant with a panoramic rooftop overlooking Jeri’s iconic sunset.
The space features two complementary areas. On the ground floor, the only pasta and pizza rodízio in the village celebrates the Italian spirit of sharing meals and moments. “We imagined the Garden as a place where people come together around the table to celebrate life,” says Bonelli, president of the Alchymist Group.

Upstairs, the rooftop offers a 360° panoramic view and opens daily from 4:30 pm, just in time for Jeri’s golden-hour spectacle. With signature cocktails, curated dishes, and a relaxed vibe, it’s a space made for connection and celebration.
“The Garden Rooftop expands Jericoacoara’s dining experiences, combining great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a privileged view of the sunset,” says Cléa Girão, the group’s commercial director.
The venue is also designed to host themed events and sunset experiences, adding energy to the village’s social and culinary scene throughout 2026. As Cléa puts it, it’s an invitation to live Jeri in an even more special way.
