What’s inside the new gelato
The Bem Casado da Laura gelato is built on a base of powdered milk gelato, layered with soft sponge cake and creamy dulce de leche, then finished with a milk syrup and powdered sugar. The combination highlights texture and creaminess while paying direct homage to the traditional Brazilian sweet.

The launch spans three different formats, each offering a unique take on the classic.

- Insane Milkshake: gelato blended with milk, served with extra dulce de leche syrup in the cup and topped with whipped cream.
- Bem Casado Dessert: alternating layers of Bem Casado gelato, dulce de leche, sponge cake, milk syrup, and powdered sugar.
