Grand Hyatt São Paulo hosts the last 2024 Bar & Brasa on December 6, featuring guest chef Diego Carrillo and premium barbecue.
Grand Hyatt São Paulo will hold on December 6 the last edition of the year of Bar & Brasa, an event already established in the hotel’s gastronomic calendar.
The proposal is to bring together good food, cocktails and live music in an outdoor, relaxed setting.
The format is open bar and open food barbecue, with special curation by Cardoso Meat Boutique.
In this edition, the highlight will be the presence of chef Diego Carrillo, a reference in Iberian cuisine.
Known for his award-winning paella with charcuterie, he will lead a station dedicated to the dish.
The event will also feature premium cuts grilled over embers and on the parrilla, such as wagyu picanha, denver, chorizo and flat iron.
There will also be a paella station, sausages and artisanal breads and nigiri with wagyu A5, as well as assorted side dishes.
A selection of draft beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks pairs with the flavors on offer, which also include desserts.
Bar & Brasa is a complete food and leisure experience, ideal for gathering friends and celebrating the start of December in style.
The price is R\$ 360 per adult and R\$ 180 per child up to 12 years old.
