On March 7, Grand Hyatt São Paulo launches the 2026 season of Bar & Brasa with open bar, premium cuts, and live music outdoors.
The event, a staple of the hotel’s culinary agenda, runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Coqueiral garden, bringing together grilled cuisine, cocktails, and live music in a relaxed open-air setting. The menu is curated by Cardoso Meat Boutique, known for its premium fire-grilled selections.
This edition features special guest chef Fernando Rodrigues from Churras 366, who will showcase his signature barbecue craft at a dedicated station. Guests can enjoy diverse food stations offering meats, sides, and drinks designed to pair perfectly with each dish.
Brands such as Bacardi, Mfoods, Aperol, Heineken, R1 Audiovisual, and Jack Daniel’s support the event, adding to its premium ambiance. Bar & Brasa reinforces Grand Hyatt São Paulo’s commitment to blending gastronomy, entertainment, and outdoor social experiences.
