Bars in Belo Horizonte, Tiradentes and Diamantina create exclusive dishes to celebrate Abrasel’s 40 years and the spirit of Minas Gerais pubs.
The 40th anniversary of Abrasel is being celebrated in style through a special edition of the classic Bar em Bar circuit. This year’s event spans Belo Horizonte, Tiradentes and Diamantina, highlighting the creativity and authenticity of the Minas Gerais culinary scene.
Throughout March, participating venues will serve exclusive recipes designed to honor the association’s milestone and showcase the state’s rich culture of hospitality and gastronomy.
“This circuit invites the public to experience the strength of our gastronomy and the creativity of Minas entrepreneurs,” says Karla Rocha, president of Abrasel MG.
According to Rosane Oliveira, chair of Abrasel’s Board, the event is symbolic of the association’s legacy. “Celebrating alongside the bars reaffirms our commitment to both entrepreneurs and customers,” she notes.
The circuit is part of the yearlong celebrations marking Abrasel’s 40-year trajectory, emphasizing its role in connecting, inspiring, and innovating the Brazilian hospitality industry.
