Botecar Brasília 2025 reunites 35 bars from 11/12 to 12/14 with artisanal dishes priced from R$18 to R$59.90 and public voting.
Festival returns with focus on artisanal cuisine
After the success of its first edition, Botecar Brasília returns with the theme “Artisanal Flavors – Made by Hand, Made with Heart.”
From November 12 to December 14, 2025, the festival brings together 35 bars celebrating creativity, tradition and affection in boteco cuisine.
All dishes are new creations, priced between R$18.00 and R$59.90, inspired by cultural, artistic and emotional references.
Public votes for the best dishes
Visitors can taste and vote for their favorite dishes, helping choose the festival winners.
The event closes with a festive gathering, honoring the boteco tradition.
Organizer Antônio Lúcio highlights the strong connection between Brasília and the festival.
“It is a festival that values connection, flavor and the talent of those who turn the kitchen into a space of expression and affection. This edition reinforces the value of handmade work and attention to every detail.”
