Botecar Brasília 2025 celebrates artisanal work with 35 bars and new dishes inspired by Brazilian culture.
Behind every dish served at Botecar Brasília 2025 are stories of affection, dedication and talent. Running until December 14, the festival honors the manual craft and creativity of cooks, chefs and artisans who transform simple ingredients into meaningful gastronomic experiences. Guided by the theme “Artisanal Flavors – Made by Hand, Made with Heart”, this edition features 35 bars, each presenting an original dish inspired by Brazilian artistic and cultural expressions.
More than a gastronomic route, the event pays tribute to those who turn the kitchen into a place of expression and belonging. From family recipes to tributes to artists such as Athos Bulcão, Marianne Peretti and Túlio Rois, the creations highlight how tradition and innovation meet at the table.
“What makes Botecar special is the protagonism of those who cook. Each dish carries a living story and a personal touch. These are hands that blend technique, memory and emotion,” says festival organizer Antônio Lúcio.
Beyond the food, the festival also energizes Brasília’s cultural and tourism scene, inviting the public to explore participating bars, discover new flavors and vote for their favorites. Popular voting and jury evaluation will determine the winners, celebrated in a closing gathering in December.
Among the creations already gaining attention are Rabada Peretti with Crispy Polenta from Arpège Bar; Baianíssimo from Quiosque Farol de Itapuã; and Trançado from Blocoge, inspired by traditional Brazilian basket weaving.
