Carlo’s Bakery and Bauducco launch exclusive Christmas dessert line available on iFood

The collaboration brings cannoli and lobster tail with iconic Bauducco Panettone flavors, available until December 31.

Carlo’s Bakery and Bauducco® have joined forces to release an exclusive Christmas collection: Carlo’s Bakery + Bauducco®. The special edition combines Buddy Valastro’s classic cannoli and lobster tail with the beloved flavors of Bauducco’s Panettone and Chocottone. Available until December 31, the desserts can be found at all Carlo’s Bakery locations in São Paulo and through iFood delivery.

The partnership unites two brands with Italian roots and rich family traditions. In 1910, Carlo Guastaferro introduced the cannoli and lobster tail in New Jersey, laying the foundation for Buddy Valastro’s renowned bakery. Meanwhile, in 1952, Carlo Bauducco brought Panettone to Brazil, transforming it into a national Christmas tradition. In 2025, the legacies of the two “Carlos” meet for the first time in recipes personally developed by Buddy Valastro in collaboration with Bauducco’s pastry chefs.

Carlo’s Bakery + Bauducco® flavors

Cannoli Bauducco® Panettone: crispy shell with a hint of cinnamon, filled with a creamy Panettone pastry cream, topped with powdered sugar and Panettone croutons.

Cannoli Bauducco® Chocottone: buttery shell glazed with Belgian dark chocolate, filled with Chocottone pastry cream and finished with sugar and Chocottone croutons. Price: R$22.90 each.

Lobster Tail Bauducco® Panettone: flaky puff pastry filled with French panettone cream and chantilly, coated in white chocolate and Panettone croutons. Available in mini (R$22.90), classic (R$26.90) and super (R$28.90) sizes.

Lobster Tail Bauducco® Chocottone: puff pastry filled with French Chocottone cream, covered in semi-dark chocolate and finished with Chocottone croutons, also in three sizes.

Where to buy

The exclusive collection is sold at eight Carlo’s Bakery stores in São Paulo: Jardins, Vila Leopoldina, and the Bourbon, Center Norte, Eldorado, Morumbi, Metrô Tatuapé, and Tamboré shopping malls. Orders are also available via iFood delivery until December 31.
