In Higienópolis, chef Fabrizio Naturalli hosts six guests per night for a sensory journey through Brazilian cuisine.
With 20 years of training and a decade as a private chef, Fabrizio Naturalli launches “Brasil de Sabores”, an intimate culinary experience that celebrates the country’s rich flavors. Hosted at his own home, each evening welcomes only six guests to explore a carefully curated menu that blends artistry, culture, and connection.
For Naturalli, cooking is storytelling through food. Each menu forms a narrative where dishes and ingredients intertwine, showcasing Brazil’s diversity through taste and technique. He highlights local ingredients sourced from small producers, reinforcing his belief in sustainable gastronomy and cultural preservation.
“I want to turn dinner into an act of discovery, where each dish reveals a chapter of our rich gastronomic history,” says Fabrizio Naturalli.
The experience is both social and exclusive. Guests dine at the chef’s residence, taste original creations, and connect around the table. The project was born from a creative partnership with interior designer Mauricio Muderno, who joined Naturalli for a special edition in Florianópolis titled “Ilha de Sabores”.
That January 2026 event offered a four-course menu inspired by iconic island locations — Campeche, Jurerê, Daniela, and Santo Antônio — featuring local ingredients like clams, crab, pumpkin, butiá fruit, and artisanal island chocolate.
