The Hotel Savoy Excellence restaurant has become a highlight of Campos do Jordão’s culinary scene. Signed by chef Marcel Strass, the menu features elegant fish-based creations and comforting fondues served in a warm mountain atmosphere.

The favorites include Trout à Meunière — grilled trout fillet with caper sauce, mushrooms, and potatoes — and the Brazilian Salmon, paired with plantain risotto and crispy cassava chips. The menu also offers meat, pasta, soups, and a kids’ selection.

Open daily from 7 p.m., the restaurant welcomes both guests and non-guests, making it ideal for romantic dinners or cozy gatherings. On cold nights, fondue and creamy soups become the stars of the table.

Set amidst the lush Serra da Mantiqueira, Savoy Excellence offers full amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, gym, game room, and complimentary transfer to the Capivari district.
