Coa&Co, the café at Fairmont Rio, presents an exclusive collection of artisanal gelatos and sorbets inspired by the richness of Brazilian fruits. The seasonal menu highlights fresh, in-season ingredients and blends tropical flavors in balanced and original creations.
Among the highlights are the sorbets made with cashew fruit and mango with passion fruit, offering light and refreshing textures. The unique white coffee gelato stands out for its three-day artisanal preparation process, which ensures ideal creaminess. A special roasting and infusion technique provides strong aroma and flavor without changing the color, resulting in a pale, intense gelato.
Natural ingredients and handcrafted process
All gelatos and sorbets are produced 100% by hand, without colorants and with low sugar content, using the natural sweetness of the fruits. The menu also features classic options and flavors made with iconic Brazilian ingredients such as graviola and cupuaçu, reinforcing Coa&Co’s commitment to authenticity and culinary excellence.
