The Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel, will present a special edition of its traditional brunch on November 30, featuring pastry chef Antonio Bachour, who leads Bachour Restaurant & Patisserie in Miami.
Bachour has a close relationship with the hotel. He created the Dessert Hall for the Copa’s 100th Anniversary Ball, transforming the Noble Room into a confectionery spectacle that marked the centennial celebration.
With live music, the chef — named World Best Pastry Chef in 2018, 2019 and 2022, and Pastry Innovator in 2024 — will present exclusive creations developed especially for the occasion.
The buffet features hot dishes, salads, risotto stations, cheeses, cold cuts, desserts and fresh pasta produced in the hotel’s kitchen. The selection also includes breads made daily at the Copa’s boulangerie.
