Creativity reflected in the menu

Creativity Day, celebrated in Brazil on November 17, invites people to think beyond limits. Croasonho, a Halipar brand specializing in stuffed croissants, embraces this spirit through a diverse menu with sweet and savory flavors.

The brand offers combinations inspired by beloved Brazilian dishes, using its soft and crisp croissant. Options include strogonoff, barbecue, braised beef, Portuguese style and ribs bbq. The menu also presents hamburgers made with croissant instead of traditional bread.

Fitness options are also available, such as salad served with mini croissant. The menu reinforces Croasonho’s creative identity and appeals to varied consumer preferences.

Exclusive flavors and special collaborations

Desserts include collaborations with major brands, featuring flavors like Nutella®, Alpino®, Negresco®, Prestígio®, Feito com Ninho®, Ovomaltine® and Doce de Leite Havanna®. An exclusive Pistachio Brigadeiro filling also stands out.

According to Innova Market Insights’ “Top food trends 2025”, 43% of global consumers seek unique creations that deliver memorable experiences. Limited-edition products with unusual flavors also show growing interest.

Trends that reshape eating habits

A study by the International Food Information Council identified the rise of “snackification”. It reveals that 56% of people replace main meals with smaller snacks. Another 73% eat snacks at least once a day.

This trend strengthens the presence of stuffed croissants in food courts, aligning with quick and versatile consumption habits.

National and global creative dates

In Brazil, Creativity Day is celebrated on November 17. Globally, the equivalent date is April 21, recognized by the UN as World Creativity and Innovation Day. Both promote innovative solutions to social, economic, environmental, political and religious challenges.

The dates relate to the UN 2030 Agenda, which includes goals for a more sustainable future.

Partnerships that elevate the menu

Croasonho maintains collaborations with Nestlé®, Catupiry® Original, Ceratti®, Coca-Cola®, Danubio®, Havanna®, Heinz®, Hellmann’s® and Ovomaltine®. These partnerships enhance the quality and variety of menu items.

A survey by Guia dos Melhores shows that brand reputation, measured through online reviews and social media, influences the purchase choice of 77% of Brazilian consumers.
