Growth in traditional dishes

Divino Fogão saw roast chicken sales climb 11.7% and lasagna 5.5% in 2025. These hits drove results across over 240 outlets nationwide. Customer patterns stayed consistent everywhere.

With 40 years in out-of-home dining, the chain champions farm-style cuisine. This roots the success of its classics.

“Serve once” format gains traction

Lasagna shines daily at units. The “serve once” model, launched in 2022, boosted demand. Women now visit more, fueling top-seller consumption.

“We’ve seen a shift in our audience profile. Women come more often, directly boosting our most popular items,” says Luciano Aquino, gastronomy director at Divino Fogão.

Family tweaks for peak times

During holidays and school breaks, the chain expands kids’ options. The kids’ menu eases family outings with added convenience and choice.

“We keep Divino Fogão’s core while tracking consumer shifts. Roast chicken and lasagna growth balances heritage and updates,” Aquino notes.

2026 menu revamp ahead

For 2026, Divino Fogão plans a menu overhaul. Changes will deepen the farm-food theme and emotional ties to rustic flavors.

“We’ll expand dishes that strengthen our brand identity and appeal,” the gastronomy director concludes.
