ESA unveils its first line of artisanal panettones, made with a 48-hour natural fermentation process and high-quality international ingredients. Created in collaboration with Italian chef Gianluigi Tosches, the 1kg limited-edition panettones (R$ 299) elevate the classic holiday treat to gourmet status.

The recipe features Cesarin Italian candied fruits, Petra flour, Isigny Ste Mère French butter, and República del Cacao sustainable chocolate. Combining European pastry techniques and premium ingredients, ESA achieves a moist, aromatic, and refined texture. National distribution is handled by Calimp Importadora, a leader in premium food imports in Brazil.
