Expansion in Greater Florianópolis

Founder Anderson Maciel says the expansion reflects strong public demand for authentic gastronomic experiences. The unit will create eight jobs and operate Monday to Saturday from 11:30 AM to 11 PM, and Sundays from 6 PM to 11 PM.

Signature and vegan burritos

The menu follows the original Trindade location, featuring California Burrito, Pollo Bandito, and Pork’a’Billy. Vegetarian options include Pollo Veggie, Veggie Ripper, and Cali Veggie. Monthly special burritos, creative sides, and desserts such as churros and Dos Leches are also offered.

Drinks and Aguas Frescas

The beverage menu includes rotating craft beers and refreshing Aguas Frescas like Agua de Jamaica, Agua de Horchata, and seasonal fruit-flavored Agua de Frutas.

Moochacho’s story

Moochacho began in 2016 in Trindade, Florianópolis, founded by three friends seeking a simple and authentic place for burritos. The brand expanded to Coqueiros and Centro, maintaining its mission to popularize burritos with flavor, simplicity, and Latin identity.
