After 12 years of establishing itself as a synonym for quality and innovation, Gelato Borelli launches Dolcelli, an artisanal dulce de leche liquor with 15% alcohol content, available in stores since November.

Developed for adults who enjoy premium beverages, Dolcelli blends the smoothness of the liquor with the richness of dulce de leche. It can be enjoyed neat, chilled, or in cocktails.
Quality and safety assured
Produced and bottled by Destilaria Batista, Dolcelli follows strict quality standards. Each batch is tested by LABM, an Inmetro-accredited laboratory, ensuring traceability and safety.
