Best known for its specialty coffees, Go Coffee is expanding its identity well beyond the cup. The Brazilian coffee chain has developed a broad, adaptable food menu — spanning breakfast through afternoon snacks — crafted to enrich the in-store experience at locations throughout the country.

Sandwiches, waffles, and bakery favorites

The menu balances sweet and savory options for a range of tastes. Standout items include the Mediterranean and Pesto sandwiches, made with cheese, tomatoes, arugula, turkey breast, and olive oil. The Go Toast line offers simple or stuffed versions on traditional bread, potato bread, or croissant, depending on location.

Waffles come in both sweet and savory varieties, with flavors like banoffee, milk chocolate, mixed berries, honey with granola, cheese, ham, and turkey breast. Classic items like cheese bread, mini cheese rolls, buttery croissants, cookies, muffins, and brownies — some with special toppings — round out the offering.

A menu built for every store format

The menu was designed to fit each location’s profile. Airport units focus on grab-and-go items, while street-level stores and shopping malls can offer the full lineup. This flexibility lets each franchisee tailor the offering to local demand without compromising the brand’s standards.

Go Coffee’s food menu was designed to complement our coffees and serve customers at different times of the day. We aim to offer varied options while maintaining consistency, quality, and flavor across all our locations throughout the country. This flexibility allows each franchisee to adjust their offer according to regional demand and available infrastructure, always upholding the Go Coffee standard. With locations strategically spread across Brazil, Go Coffee continues to strengthen its position as a brand that champions the quality of Brazilian coffee — and everything that pairs with it.
