With end-of-year festivities approaching, shopping centers experience an increase in movement. According to Abrasce, foot traffic rose 2.9% in 2024 compared to 2023. Food courts have become the go-to meeting spot, and with Halipar’s four major brands, customers find flavor, convenience, and variety for any celebration.
Griletto: “Boteco” sharing platters
The country’s largest grill chain, Griletto, highlights its “Boteco” line, featuring 15 portion and platter options with meats, chicken, sausage, fries, cassava, and polenta. The Big Platters, serving three to four people, pair perfectly with Brahma draft beer for group celebrations.
Montana Grill: premium cuts and shareable combos
Known for its premium cuts, Montana Grill introduces the “Churrascaria” category with five generous combos. Four of them serve two people and include rice, farofa, vinaigrette, and garlic bread. The offer is part of the “Excellence from the Source” campaign, featuring country duo Chitãozinho & Xororó.
The menu also adds the limited-edition Super Ribeye 300g steak, served with rice carreteiro and chimichurri sauce. The “Happy Hour” section features 13 shareable appetizers and six burger options, such as Montana Cheese Linguiça, Montana Bacon, and Montana Barbecue, all pairing well with Brahma beer.
Jin Jin and Croasonho: creative and delicious options
Jin Jin offers sushi boats and combination platters perfect for sharing, including hossomakis, harumakis, and joes. Meanwhile, Croasonho features its signature sweet and savory croissants, plus salads, pastas, executive dishes, and desserts such as brownies with sauces, ice cream, whipped cream, Ovomaltine, and Nutella.
