To celebrate summer and the start of the holiday season, Hilton São Paulo Morumbi presents its new Summer Brunch, a refined and refreshing dining experience at the Armazem Morumbi restaurant. Available every Sunday from December 7, 2025, through March 29, 2026, the brunch offers a seaside-inspired menu in the heart of São Paulo.
The highlight is the Brisa do Mar seafood station, featuring dishes such as fresh oysters, ceviche, seafood stew, sushi, and sashimi. The selection brings the taste and atmosphere of the coast to the city.
The buffet includes the Show Station, where risottos like shrimp or brie with confit tomatoes are freshly prepared. A wide variety of salads, cheeses, and main courses complements the menu, including Portuguese-style codfish and angus roast beef with caramelized onions.
The dessert station offers tempting sweet creations such as caipirinha entremet, vegan strawberry tart, and the classic Brazilian flan. The brunch also includes non-alcoholic drinks—juices, water, and sodas—and alcoholic beverages such as Stella Artois beer, caipirinhas, and caipiroskas.
