A culinary landmark in São Paulo’s countryside, Bistrô La Palette starts December with a new Summer Menu curated by chef Marcelo Pinheiro. Located at the Royal Palm Plaza Resort Campinas, the French restaurant also welcomes non-guests to enjoy a seasonal experience that embraces freshness and sophistication.

Available from December 4, the special menu features seven dishes ranging from starters to desserts, crafted with light ingredients and delicate combinations inspired by classic French cuisine.

Summer Menu 2025

The dining experience begins with an amuse bouche of cherry tomato gazpacho with fennel and veal consommé with bacon.

Starters include two options: cucumber salad with strained yogurt, marinated salmon with horseradish and beetroot, served with a crispy chia tuille; or asparagus royale with lemon-cream and duck cromesquis.

Main dishes offer a choice of cod loin confit with hibiscus infusion, tangerine butter and quinoa tabbouleh; or herb-crusted beef fillet with a touch of allspice, served with poivre vert sauce and mixed potato aligot.

Dessert options include lemongrass crème brûlée or banana and Nutella tart with orange and blackberry sauce, providing a sweet tropical finish.
