The course introduces students to fundamental kitchen techniques. Moreover, it is ideal for those seeking professional improvement without prior experience.

Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo is now accepting applications for the Basic Cuisine 2026 Certificate, a program that marks the beginning of professional culinary training.

At this stage, students are introduced to essential kitchen processes, from proper use of utensils to different meat cutting techniques and vegetable preparation.

The Institute, internationally recognized for its high-level training, considers mastery of basic knowledge indispensable for student development in any kitchen worldwide.

After completing Basic Cuisine, students may advance to Intermediate Cuisine and Superior Cuisine. With all three completed, they may obtain the Diplôme de Cuisine.

The certificate is offered in three formats: regular, extensive and intensive. Thus, it serves different professional profiles.

The regular morning module begins on January 12, 2026. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., lasting three months.

The extensive evening format begins on March 16, 2026. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., totaling seven months.

The intensive module offers faster completion within one month. It begins on January 6, 2026, with classes from Monday to Friday.

The program combines practical and theoretical classes in an immersive learning environment. Thus, it provides broad understanding of professional kitchen demands.
