Romantic vibes with Leblon sea views

The French L’Etoile restaurant, led by Chilean chef Juan José Molina, crafts an exclusive menu for the occasion. It runs from 7:30pm to 11pm. Expect top cuisine paired with stunning Rio ocean panoramas.

The journey features amuse-bouche, two starters, two mains, pre-dessert, and two desserts. Full vegetarian options available.

Standout dishes to savor

Shining is the lobster and passion fruit ceviche, with squid ink crunch and citrus touches like confit segments and Sicilian lemon sorbet.

Black Angus Tomahawk pairs meat jus and morels with Provençal-glazed veggies and herb-infused brioche farofa.

Atlantic fish brandade offers bagna cauda sauce and velvety caramelized onion puree. It ends strong with warm 70% chocolate tart, cupuaçu sorbet, yogurt foam, red berry sorbet, and hibiscus powder.

Wine pairings to heighten flavors

Boost the intimacy with three- or six-course wine pairings. Labels chosen to match each dish perfectly. Tasting menu: $540 + 10% per person. Three wines: $190 + 10%. Six wines: $350 + 10%.
