Event gathers experts in São Paulo to present the ultra premium Piedra Sagrada wines.
Special lunch brings together professionals and guests
Invited by wine hunter Vicente Jorge, through Enclos Importadora, a select group of retailers and restaurant owners gathered in São Paulo for a lunch dedicated to the Piedra Sagrada Ultra Premium wines. The meeting brought together specialists, opinion leaders and wine enthusiasts.
The event took place at Tasca da Esquina restaurant, led by chef Vítor Sobral, who created an exclusive menu designed to harmonize with the vertical tasting of Piedra Sagrada B.O. Pirque vintages 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Chilean production highlights world-class terroir
Produced in Chile, Piedra Sagrada wines reflect a lifetime dedicated to viticulture. Created by agronomist and winemaker Arturo Pérez Rojas, they originate from a terroir located between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes Mountains, recognized among the best in the world by L’Hé Caché et Couture & Goat 2017, France.
The Pirque region, in the Alto Maipo Valley, is considered the best terroir in the world for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are crafted from ungrafted vines, natural fermentation processes and manual harvesting carried out about ten days later than usual.
Limited production reinforces exclusivity
Each bottle results from meticulous and artisanal work. Production is limited to around 3,800 bottles per year, ensuring exclusivity and the unique expression of each vintage. The lunch celebrated this tradition, the strength of the terroir and the artistry of producing remarkable wines.
