For Pistachio Day, Madero highlights Junior Durski’s Pistachio Gelato, celebrated for its creamy texture and bold flavor.
With its rich flavor and buttery texture, pistachio, originally from the Middle East, has become a star ingredient worldwide. On February 26, the Madero Steak House invites guests to celebrate the day with its signature Pistachio Gelato, crafted by chef Junior Durski.
The dessert blends unmatched creaminess with the nut’s distinctive taste, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. It’s available for R$ 23 at all Madero locations across Brazil.
Madero’s gelato line also includes other signature flavors such as organic strawberry with brigadeiro, vanilla with brownie, red fruits with dulce de leche, toasted coconut, and chocolate — all made with premium ingredients and Durski’s original recipes.
