Itatiba just got a taste of Hawaii: Mana Poke opens its 73rd unit in January, led by a 59-ingredient build-your-own poke.
Mana Poke, a nationwide reference for Hawaiian-inspired cuisine in Brazil, is expanding again in the state of São Paulo. The new restaurant opens on Avenida Prefeito José Maurício de Camargo, inside Itatiba Mall, strengthening the brand’s footprint across 13 Brazilian states and the Federal District.
Build your own poke is the main draw
The hero of the menu is Monte seu Poke (build your own poke), where guests assemble their bowl from 59 fresh, nutrient-forward ingredients. Four sizes are available: Maninha, Marola, Viagem, and Tsunami.
If you’d rather go straight to a favorite, there are seven ready-made combinations. The top seller is the Poke Perfeito, featuring salmon with cream cheese, shimeji mushrooms, sunomono, carrots, crunchy chips, and tare sauce.
Hawaii-inspired décor and delivery
Designed for a full experience, the space seats 32 and leans into a laid-back Hawaiian vibe. Expect surfboards, a tropical soundtrack, and an Instagram-friendly setting.
Alongside dine-in service, the restaurant will also offer delivery via iFood. Hours are daily: Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Expanding through São Paulo’s countryside
The Itatiba location will be run by businesswoman Cyntia Terra and marks Mana Poke’s 24th opening in São Paulo’s interior. The move targets growing demand for themed, healthier everyday meals in the city and surrounding region.
According to Mana Poke CEO Filipe Moreno, the company’s growth follows a rising appetite for food that’s healthy, practical, and flavorful. “2025 was a very positive year: we reached more than 70 units across 14 states and the Federal District, expanding into the South, Midwest, and Northeast. In 2026, we’re moving forward with the mission of bringing a little piece of Hawaii to even more cities in São Paulo,” he says.
Today, Mana Poke operates in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Goiás, Santa Catarina, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Ceará, Bahia, Pará, Alagoas, and the Federal District.
