MasterChef champion chef brings winning menu to show

Chef Pablo Oazen, winner of MasterChef Professionals 2017, recreates his championship menu live in Sorocaba on March 24.

On March 24, the MasterChef – The TV Experience restaurant in Sorocaba, Brazil, welcomes chef Pablo Oazen for an exclusive cooking show. The event takes place at two seatings — 7 PM and 9:30 PM — and brings back the very menu that earned Oazen the title of MasterChef Professionals champion in 2017.

A menu that made history

Guests will watch each dish being prepared live, learn the technical details behind the recipes, and interact directly with the chef throughout the evening. The six-course tasting menu features pasta, seafood, and the show-stopping beef tongue blanquette.

The desserts are the most anticipated part of the night: the sorbet “A Goiaba” (The Guava) and the ice cream “Bread, Coffee with Milk and Wafer Made on the Thighs” — creations that became iconic among Brazilian food fans.
