Clara Resorts has unified the culinary concept across its three properties — Clara Dourado, Clara Ibiúna, and Clara Arte — led by chef and CEO Taiza Krueter. The move strengthens the brand’s focus on gastronomy as a defining element in luxury hospitality, aligning with the growing global interest in local and authentic food experiences.

Minas flavor as a cultural essence

Located within Inhotim, Brumadinho (MG), Clara Arte brings the culinary soul of Minas Gerais to the heart of the guest experience. Under Taiza Krueter’s leadership, the resort embraces local ingredients, contemporary methods, and artisanal preparations. “This change is strategic: at Clara Arte, gastronomy is part of the Mineiro identity and culture,” explains Taiza.

According to the IBGE and Minas Gerais Tourism Department, the state became Brazil’s second most visited destination in 2024, with significant growth in culture- and food-motivated travel — confirming that gastronomy drives high-end tourism choices.

Sensory dining and local connection

Offering full-board service, Clara Arte turns every stay into a sensory journey — from its organic gardens to the Show Kitchen, where à la carte dishes come to life before guests’ eyes. The menus are based on organic produce, handmade techniques, and regional sourcing, merging heritage with innovation.

“Minas cuisine is a celebration of taste and memory. Each dish pays tribute to simplicity and enduring flavor,” says Taiza.

The menus reinterpret classics like pão de queijo, feijão tropeiro, crispy torresmo, and cheese with guava paste — reimagined with refined technique and elegance. This approach connects cultural memory with modern dining sensibility.

Innovation with purpose

The new identity extends to corporate menus, thematic dinners, and curated coffee breaks. Clara Arte also features vegetarian and vegan dishes, Starbucks We Proudly Serve stations, and soft-serve ice cream counters — reaffirming Clara Resorts’ commitment to sustainability, quality, and warmth.
