The star of the occasion is the new customizable board, starting at R$ 119.90 — a crowd-pleasing option that doesn’t break the bank.
The boards sit alongside the classic “Ribs & Steak” on the menu. Jr. Ribs serves as the fixed protein, while guests choose a second protein and 3 side dishes freely at the table — unlocking more than 600 possible combinations, whether you’re sharing with one friend or the whole group.
Drinks for every vibe
The drinks menu has something for everyone. The Aussie Moscow Mule blends vodka and fresh lemon juice, topped with ginger foam and served in Outback’s signature frozen mug. For the group, the Margarita Trio lets each person pick from Traditional, Strawberry, Cranberry, Rock Melon, and Curaçao Blue flavors. Classic beer lovers can count on an ice-cold Brahma draft in the house mug.
The designated driver isn’t left out either. The Tropical Summer Fresh mixes Tropical Red Bull with Outback’s house lemonade, ginger syrup, and a refreshing foam. The Berries No Booze is a non-alcoholic strawberry and blackberry slushie with ginger syrup, cranberry juice, and citrus syrup — the perfect way to join the toast worry-free.
