Panettones return to the catalog to strengthen holiday revenue

With the holiday season approaching, Rar Gastronomia – a business unit of RAR Agro & Indústria – is once again investing in the sale of panettones to expand its product portfolio and increase revenue in the final stretch of 2025. The product line, which enjoyed strong acceptance in previous years, now returns with renewed relevance.

The panettones are imported directly from Italy and produced by Fraccaro, a traditional company founded in 1932 in the Veneto region. The collaboration brings together Italian artisanal excellence and the premium quality that defines Rar Gastronomia.

Italian tradition and natural fermentation

Crafted using slow natural fermentation — a process that can reach up to 48 hours — the panettones offer a soft texture, rich aroma and unmistakable flavor, hallmarks of this iconic holiday treat.

Bringing Fraccaro panettones to Brazil strengthens this connection with Italian culture and gastronomy.
