Chef Onildo Rocha finishes his Duck Rice tableside at Terraço Notiê every Saturday. The live cooking series kicks off January 17, 2026.
Terraço Notiê por Priceless, perched atop Shopping Light in downtown São Paulo, is launching a weekly live cooking series every Saturday, from noon to 3 p.m. The concept puts diners at the heart of an award-winning kitchen, watching each dish come together in real time.
Duck Rice opens the series
The debut takes place on January 17, 2026, featuring Duck Rice (R$ 98), served with tucupi béarnaise and clarified butter. The dish is finished tableside and will become a recurring fixture on Saturday menus going forward.
The series is led by chef Onildo Rocha, whose restaurant holds recognition from the Michelin Guide and Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. His cooking draws from research expeditions across Brazil, weaving together regional ingredients, culinary technique, and cultural identity.
A full cultural experience
Beyond the kitchen, the venue blends food, cocktails, and music under one roof. The bar program is led by Ricardo Miyazaki of The Punch Bar, sharing a unified menu with the restaurant. The Music Room, dedicated to vinyl DJ sets focused on Brazilian music, runs Tuesday through Saturday from 7 p.m.
Chef Onildo Rocha’s creations are inspired by the Brazilian landscapes discovered on expeditions across the country, blending technique, research, and native ingredients.
