Sodiê features Pineapple and Chocomoça in January

Sodiê Doces selects Pineapple with Condensed Milk and Chocomoça as January Cakes of the Month, with discounts and savory options.

To start the year with a selection that caters to different tastes, Sodiê Doces, Brazil’s largest handmade cake franchise, has chosen two options from its menu for the January Cakes of the Month campaign, Pineapple with Condensed Milk (#79) and Chocomoça® (#98).

Both flavors are offered at a discount throughout the 31 days of the month, in the network’s 400 stores.

Pineapple with Condensed Milk #79 is prepared with white sponge and filled with white mousse, pineapple and condensed milk.

The topping follows the same combination, finished with the fresh fruit to enhance its tropical character.

A classic and very popular fruit in the Brazilian summer, pineapple, combined with the lightness of white mousse, results in an ideal combination for high temperatures.

Chocomoça® #98, in turn, caters to those who prefer more intense desserts, with a rich chocolate profile.

With a chocolate sponge base, the cake is filled with condensed milk and mousse, both in chocolate versions.

The topping brings together mousse, condensed milk and milk and white chocolate shavings, ensuring a fuller and more indulgent flavor.

In addition to the Cakes of the Month, until the 31st two savory items from the portfolio are also on promotion.

The options are the mini ham and cheese pillow and the palm heart quiche, a baked choice.

The palm heart quiche appeals both to those seeking a meat-free alternative and to fans of the ingredient.
