SOFT Ice Cream opens first store in Mato Grosso state

Artisan gelato chain arrives in Sinop this Saturday (12/06) with 120 m² store and exclusive menu featuring Dubai Bueno and BisCrush flavors.

SOFT Ice Cream, a national artisan gelato chain, confirmed the opening of its first store in Mato Grosso state. Additionally, the new space will be spacious, with 120 m², an Instagram-worthy environment and a dedicated area for on-site consumption. The grand opening takes place this Saturday, December 6th, at Avenida Lino Pavesi (nº 173), in the Jardim das Palmeiras neighborhood, in Sinop.

Recognized for its exclusive recipes, the chain offers ice creams and desserts made with selected ingredients. Therefore, original combinations win customers throughout the country.

Exclusive flavors and special creations

The menu features classic flavors such as pistachio, salted caramel, red fruits and yogurt. However, special creations attract even more consumer attention.

The “Dubai Bueno” combines the chain’s renowned pistachio ice cream with hazelnut paste, kataifi (traditional Middle Eastern pastry) and caramelized nuts from Nutty Bavarian. On the other hand, “BisCrush” expands the line of desserts inspired by global flavors.

BisCrush brings together salted caramel ice cream, spiced cookie sauce, cookie crumbs and the famous Biscoff. Thus, the brand brings world-renowned speculoos cookie references to Brazilian palates.

National expansion and presence in Sinop

“We are very happy to open our first store in the city of Sinop. It is a beautiful city with a warm climate and one of the fastest-growing in the state, which makes it an ideal environment for consuming artisan gelatos. In 2026 we will have more news.
