Spoleto keeps shredded ribs on the menu after strong sales

Spoleto adds shredded ribs to its permanent menu after demand exceeds expectations.

After the success of its special Ribs line, Spoleto announces that the shredded protein will remain on the network’s menu. The brand is the market leader and the largest Italian food franchise in Brazil, part of Grupo Trigo.

Demand exceeded projections. Sales depleted in 30 days the stock planned for three months, highlighting the strong consumer approval.

Permanent dishes and new topping

The shredded ribs remain in two fixed dishes: Fettuccine with cheese sauce, from R$ 35.90, and Gnocchi with Pomodoro sauce, from R$ 43.90.

The ingredient now integrates the toppings of the classic “Create Your Own,” available from R$ 14.90.

“The public’s reaction surprised us. We sold in one month the stock forecast for three, exceeding expectations. Bringing a premium protein aligns with Grupo Trigo’s principle of democratizing good cuisine,” says Carolina Kinzel, Spoleto’s Marketing Manager.
