Innovative summer drinks
Drawn from award-winning labels, the suggestions feature Garibaldi Prosecco (Brut Branco) sparkling wine, Relax Demi-Sec frizzante and the new 2025 Moscato Giallo wine.
Mixologist Eduardo Alberton crafted four options. They highlight tropical fruits, herbs and flowers, boosting freshness and lightness in every glass.
Refreshing drink recipes
Passionfruit Ginger Mimosa: Mix 50 ml passionfruit juice and 10 ml ginger syrup. Top with 100 ml Garibaldi Prosecco. Garnish with lemon slice.
Cucumber Rosemary Fizzy: Combine 30 ml cucumber juice and 15 ml rosemary syrup. Add 100 ml Relax Demi-Sec. Finish with rosemary sprig.
Lavender Lemon Cocktail: Blend 30 ml lavender syrup and 20 ml lemon juice. Top with 100 ml Moscato Giallo. Garnish with lavender flower.
Kiwi Basil Sparkler: Mix 50 ml kiwi puree and 10 ml basil syrup. Add 100 ml Relax Demi-Sec. Garnish with kiwi slices and basil leaves.

Moscato Giallo wine launches the Garibaldi Memories line. It offers intense aromas of papaya and passionfruit, striking freshness, honoring the brand’s 2010 renewal.
Garibaldi Prosecco (Brut Branco) shines with pear, quince and lemon notes. Made via Charmat method, it won medals in 2025 at Catad’Or and other contests.
Relax Demi-Sec frizzante blends light fizz with lemon, pineapple and mineral hints. Produced from Moscato Bianco, Trebbiano and Riesling Italico, it’s ideal for cocktails.
