Taco Bell launches its global campaign in Brazil with an educational and humorous approach. The initiative aims to connect Brazilian consumers to the brand’s universe by presenting its iconic products in a friendly and accessible way. Inspired by the universal gesture of tilting one’s head to eat a taco, the campaign introduces the “Taco Tilt”, a 45-degree movement that ensures the perfect bite.
The main message highlights the instinctive nature of the movement: “If you tilted your head to read this, you already know how to eat a taco!”. The campaign also reinforces the Live Más philosophy, encouraging consumers to embrace new experiences.
Exclusive AI-generated jingle for Brazil
In Brazil, the campaign features an exclusive highlight: a jingle created with generative AI in collaboration with Blow Records. Known among Gen Z for reinventing hits with retro aesthetics, the label created the track especially for Taco Bell. The song is available on Spotify and major streaming platforms.
Karla Patino, Chief Marketing Officer for Taco Bell Latin America, explains that the brand is expanding and strengthening awareness in the country. Many consumers are still unfamiliar with how to properly eat items such as tacos, burritos and crunchwraps. The campaign seeks to address this with humor while reinforcing Live Más.
Composer Zenital describes the creation process as an immersion in Taco Bell’s vibrant universe. Founder Raul Vinicius adds that fusing funk, AI and a Gen Z sensibility resulted in an energetic and inviting track.
Activation and media strategy
The campaign features digital activations and out-of-home media in cities where Taco Bell is present, including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas and Brasília. Influencers will also participate in a content rollout through December.
