Xeque Mate Group launches Mascate Drinks with tropical flavors

Xeque Mate introduces Mascate Drinks, a new line of ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages with tropical flavors, already available on the brand’s e-commerce.

Consolidated as the favorite Carnival drink, Xeque Mate has transformed the RTD culture and now invests in a diversified portfolio.

Like Xeque Mate, Mascate Drinks features rum as the main ingredient, debuting with two exclusive combinations: watermelon with raspberry, rum, hibiscus, and Sicilian lemon; and passion fruit with cashew, rum, and coconut water.

“With a specific product line combining tropical freshness and balance, we expect increased sales during the period, not only among our existing audience but also reaching new consumers,” says Gabriel Rochael, co-founder and Factory Director of Xeque Mate.

The beverages will be sold in cans, distributed in bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, retail chains, and e-commerce, emphasizing convenience and portability.

The company states that the line is a natural evolution of the brand, which includes Mascate bars in Belo Horizonte, Xeque Mate Studios, and Lab Xeque Mate. “The creation of Mascate Drinks reinforces this integrated vision, combining lifestyle and business under the same cultural identity, always valuing high-quality Brazilian raw materials,” Gabriel adds.

Observing global trends, Xeque Mate notes the growth of ready-to-drink cocktails, a category projected to reach US$85.5 billion by 2030, according to InsightAce Analytic.
