Second outreach event set for major impact
The Associação Comunidade Batista (ACB) hosts the second Vision Drive of 2026 on Saturday, January 24. It takes place at the Ginásio de Esportes do Setor Novo Horizonte, Rua B 17, nº 30-58, Vila Novo Horizonte.
Tokens start at 8 AM. 300 free slots target eye health prevention for underserved communities.
Many participants get their first-ever eye check, leading to early diagnoses and free glasses.
“These drives are more than medical checkups. They open doors to preventive care and real support for those who need it most”.
Proven track record and key partnerships
ACB served 412 in Vila Pedroso recently. Outcome: 326 glasses prescriptions delivered in just 20 days.
Backed by Goiânia city councilors and the Prefeitura de Goiânia, these efforts ease public health burdens and boost social inclusion.
