L’Oréal Brazil launched entries for the 34th Brandstorm, its top innovation challenge. Young people aged 18-30 create products and strategies for luxury fragrances from brands like Valentino Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, and Lancôme.
National winners head to Paris for a headquarters pitch and at least three months of project development. Focus areas include sustainability, experience, innovation, and skills.
Teams tackle fragrance building, tech research, consumer experience, and creator economy. L’Oréal executives mentor advancing groups.

Gateway to L’Oréal careers
Stages cover sign-ups, selection, and Rio pitches. The “golden ticket” skips internship and trainee steps. All get certificates and 6 months of Adobe tools like Photoshop.
