Scheduling sessions around summer plans
Recommended intervals make it possible to progress even during vacations: at least 45 days between sessions for smaller areas and 60 days for larger areas.

Avoid hot showers and saunas during the first 24 hours after a session. After that, choose lukewarm showers, since hot water can increase dryness and sensitivity.
Stop using acids and exfoliants at least 7 days before and 7 days after each session to reduce irritation risk.

Antioxidant-rich foods—like berries, leafy greens, carrots, and nuts—help protect against sun and pollution damage, keeping skin stronger and more even-looking.
