Last Saturday, November 29, marked a milestone for Canoas (RS) as the first Viva Hits Festival attracted over 6,000 people to Parque Eduardo Gomes. With perfect weather, family-friendly vibes, and outstanding organization, the event established itself as a major cultural highlight in the region. The next edition has already been confirmed for November 2026.

Ana Castela electrifies the crowd

Brazil’s country-pop star Ana Castela delivered an energetic performance filled with hits that set the audience singing along. Her setlist included chart-toppers like “Pipoco”, “Nosso Quadro”, “Bombonzinho”, “Roça em Mim”, “Neon” and “As Menina da Pecuária”, as well as her recent release “Sua Boca Mente”, a collaboration with Zé Felipe.

Viral moment: fans bring Zé Felipe to the stage

One of the most talked-about moments of the night came when fans Júlia Larentis Nart and Vanessa Natieli Fuhr brought a life-size Zé Felipe totem to the festival. Amused, Ana Castela invited it on stage during “Sua Boca Mente,” humorously “duetting” with it — a scene that went viral across social media platforms.

Well-organized, inclusive experience

The Viva Hits Festival’s debut emphasized accessibility, structure, and family entertainment. With multiple sectors, a wide food court, efficient setup, and easy access from Porto Alegre and neighboring cities, the event earned praise for comfort, security, and flawless organization.

Next edition in 2026

Following its successful debut, the Viva Hits Festival will return in November 2026 with an expanded program and enhanced infrastructure. The event is organized by Cartel da Música, Viva Hits, Clube Tradição, and Next Ingresso.
