Blue Note São Paulo presents diverse programming with jazz, samba, MPB, and international shows including ImpossibleOdds and The Odds Band.
On Saturday, 11/29, at 10:30 PM, ImpossibleOdds and The Odds Band arrive from New York City to celebrate hip-hop with a unique style and jazzy beats. Andy Blanc, known as ImpossibleOdds, creates “gentleman hip-hop,” accompanied by The Odds Band in performances featuring dance and magnetic energy.
On Thursday, 11/27, at 8:00 PM, Ricardo Silveira performs virtuosic instrumental music, revisiting his career since the album “Bom de Tocar,” with original compositions and reinterpretations of other composers’ works.
Also on Thursday at 10:30 PM, the quintet Night Grooves presents “Cinema in Jazz,” reinterpreting cinema classics with jazz, blues, and swing, honoring Ennio Morricone, John Williams, Hans Zimmer, and Alan Menken.
Other highlights include América in Jazz Trio and Experience In Concert on Tuesday, Comitatus on Saturday, and Beta Rivellino on Sunday, closing an intense and diverse week at Blue Note SP.
