Ticketmaster Brazil launches an online pre-reservation model for BTS’s three São Paulo shows at MorumBIS in October 2026, with in-person pickup April 7–10.
A new way to buy concert tickets
Ticketmaster Brazil has announced a new ticketing model for the three BTS shows in São Paulo, scheduled for October 28, 30, and 31, 2026 at MorumBIS stadium. The system pairs online pre-reservation with in-person payment and pickup at the official box office, with operations running from April 7 to 10.
Fans access the Ticketmaster platform to make their ticket pre-reservation, limited to four tickets per CPF (Brazilian tax ID). No payment is required at this stage. Those who complete the process successfully receive an email with instructions and an individual QR Code generated via the Quentro app, which must be validated before joining the in-person queue at the box office.

Key rules and restrictions
Access to the official box office is restricted exclusively to fans with a valid reservation for that date. At the counter, buyers may purchase the same number of tickets reserved or fewer — no upgrades or changes to ticket type are permitted. For presale access, fans must enter their WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP ID during the online reservation step.
The event is open to attendees aged 16 and older, though the Ticketmaster platform only allows account registration for those 18 and over. The reservation holder must be an adult and may reserve tickets for minors only as a parent or legal guardian. Discount documentation — such as for half-price tickets — must be presented in person on the scheduled pickup day.
Staggered reservation calendar
- April 6: reservations open for April 7 pickup (presale for shows 1 and 2)
- April 7: reservations open for April 8 pickup (presale for show 3)
- April 9: reservations open for April 10 pickup, which also marks the general sale
Any unused reservations throughout the day are automatically released back into the online inventory, keeping ticket availability fluid and fair.
On-site security measures
To reinforce the new model, Ticketmaster will install cameras at every ticket counter, implement full-area monitoring, and deploy supervisors equipped with body cameras. These measures aim to ensure complete transaction traceability and deter any irregularities during the sale period.
