The Bradesco Theater released on YouTube the live concert “Canções de Cazuza”, recorded in São Paulo with the Heliópolis Symphony Orchestra led by maestro Edilson Ventureli. The performance honors the late Brazilian rock poet Cazuza with symphonic arrangements and guest performances by Bebel Gilberto, Criolo, Rogério Flausino, and Wilson Sideral.

Almost sold out, with 98% of tickets purchased, the event donated part of its proceeds to the Sociedade Viva Cazuza, which supports families affected by HIV. The full concert is available for free on YouTube for 60 days.

“Being part of this concert is much more than a show. It’s pure emotion.” — Bebel Gilberto

The setlist featured timeless hits like “O Tempo Não Para”, “Exagerado” and “Pro Dia Nascer Feliz”, reimagined with orchestral grandeur. Criolo celebrated the spirit of collaboration: “Cazuza once again brings us together. Revisiting and diving deep into his songs gives everything new meaning.”

Two songs from the concert will also hit streaming platforms as part of the official playlist of the “Teatro Bradesco Presents” series.
